Downloaded Music Not Playing Offline

My Question or Issue

I have moved my storage location from device to external storage or SD card on my device. Since then I have been having issues with my downloaded Music. Once I have disconnected from the internet or set my Spotify to offline , it does not want to play the downloaded Music. Help ??

It sounds like your cache might have something to do with this. The easiest way to ensure it's not the cache is to do a clean reinstall and see if that helps.
