Plan

Premium

Country

United States

Device

Lenovo Yoga Chromebook C630

Operating System

Chrome OS 77.0.3865.105

My Question or Issue

So I downloaded Spotify off the Play Store on my chromebook, logged in and went to sync my playlist with my other laptop. I made sure both Spotify were updated to the most recent available update and that both were connected to the same network. However it simply doesn't work. Spotify on my Chromebook just sits there at "Waiting to download..." for eternity. I tried connecting them to my 2.4ghz network and even to a hotspot and still I'm unable to sync my playlists on my chromebook. Works just fine between my iPhone XS Max and my Windows Laptop but not with the Chromebook. There's been a few threads about the same issue happening, these were back from 2018 so I figured they might have been fixed by now but as far as I can tell I'm in the same boat as they are. Does anyone have a solution to this (that isn't a sarcastic "Don't own a chromebook" answer)? It would be greatly appreciated.
