App is not loading on Moto G6 Plus

My Question or Issue

Since at least one month i can't use the Spotify App cause it's very slow and the loading times are way too long. I've reinstalled the App about 4 times but that doesn't fix the problem.
So I wanna ask here for an answer cause if it's possible to fix this without reseting my phone i would be very glad and thankful.

Alright! Can you confirm your Spotify version and your device OS version too? And in the meantime, coukd you try to log in your Spotify acc with another account? Just to check how the app will work...
