Downloaded music deleted after some minutes

My Question or Issue

Hi,

i've a Problem with one of the accounts of my family premium pack.

If the account download some music it is marked as downloaded. After some minutes it is not marked as downloaded and it is not possible to hear the music in offline mode.

That happens just with that account on different mobile devices (Honor/Huawei) with different Android Versions.

How can i fix that problem?
