Why is this app so HORRIBLY SLOW???

My Question or Issue

I can't wrap my head around how HORRIBLE the Android app is. It takes AN ETERNITY to do ANYTHING in it, including playing/pausing songs, downloading, searching, opening artist/album pages or playlists, opening my own songs, LITERALLY EVERYTHING IS SLOW AND TAKES AGES TO DO, THAT IS, IF IT DOESN'T GIVE ME AN ERROR!!! And I'm so infuriated right now because I'm a Premium user since forever and it has NEVER been solved. I can use the Spotify app on Windows 10 just fine but the Android app is a complete utter NIGHTMARE to use!!! I already tried reinstalling, updating my Android version, clearing cache, ALL THAT TO NO AVAIL! I'm completely disappointed since the service itself should be a commodity but is a source of anger for me instead. I just can't understand how developers have let that kind of thing go public, it's unacceptable! The only way I can make this app work fairly good (although still pretty sluggish) is by using it on Offline Mode, otherwise IT JUST WON'T WORK.
