How to turn off offline mode

I use spotify from a Samsung galaxy s10 with a premium account. Never had previous issues. Just moved house and now spotify won't play. Have no idea how it got into offline mode and no idea on how to turn it off.

I've tried reinstalling the app, going into settings and various other suggestions found on google.

Getting incredibly frustrated and just want to play tracks!!

You mention having tried reinstalling the app. Just to confirm, have you also tried a thorough reinstallation of the app using the steps provided in this Spotify Answer?

If you haven't already, we'd suggest giving a try to the Spotify Answer steps instead, making sure to remove any offline devices displayed in step 1.

If you're still having troubles after that, make sure to check:

Try connecting your device to a different connection
Try logging in to your account and access our Web Player, then check the Android app again
