Hi,

I have bee a premium member for years and now suddenly when I try to login to my mobile and laptop Spotify it says that I do not have that anymore..?? On my Tablets it works just fine. What should I do?

Hi there, and welcome to the community Ninde 🙂

First of all, please could you go to your subscription page and check to say if it says premium? If it does, then you passed the first hurdle 🙂

If it doesn't, then you should get in touch with Spotify using the Support Form 🙂

If it did, then please try a log out then in - if that fails to work, then a reinstall should do the trick 🙂
