My Question or Issue

Everytime I try to open Spotify wrapped, it works fine until the top artists page, then it blacks out and exits. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling, logging in and out.

First, we'd recommend giving a try viewing your Wrapped 2019 here using a different device.

If it works on a different device and you're still having troubles on your Huawei device, we'd suggest making sure that you're on the latest version of the app available. You can also try a thorough reinstallation of the app on that device following the steps in this Spotify Answer instead.
