My Question or Issue

Ich habe per Gutscheinkarte ein Premium Abo eingelöst Dieses wird mir online auch angezeigt. Ich habe einen Beleg via Mail bekommen, soweit alles normal. Jedoch wird mir im App mein Premium nicht angezeigt. Ich habe nur ein Konto bei Spotify. Ich hab mich bereits bei allen Geräten angemeldet und neu angemeldet. Ich hab das App auch deinstalliert und neu installiert. Hat alles nicht geholfen. Mir gehen die Ideen aus. Bitte um Hilfe.

Hallo,

ich habe das Problem leider auch.

Habe nun etwas rumprobiert und festgestellt wenn ich auf meinem Laptop Spotify im Browser auf mache, geht es, ich kann meine Alexa auswählen was in der App nicht geht da diese mir immer sagt ich bräuchte premium was ich aber habe.

Ich weiss nicht warum das in der App nicht geht, ist echt doof aber so gehts auch.

Thanks for reaching out!

You can check if you have more than one accounts. If so, this might be causing confusion if you're logged in to the one that has no Premium.

If that's not the case, a helpful article might be this one.

Last but not least - check what's the subscription on your account page. You will also see the email that's associated to your Spotify account. Then you can try logging out and logging in with that email and password, if you use email and password to log in.
