My Question or Issue

Why can't I control music from the case? I'd like to be able to play, pause and skip tracks using the case. Can't seem to do that for some reason. Why not?

Thanks for reaching out to us about this.

Just to confirm, are you referring to the external volume control buttons on the phone?

If so, could you also confirm that this issue only occurs when trying to change the volume on Spotify, and not any other similar apps?

We'd also appreciate it if you could specify when this issue occurs for you. Specifically, we'd like to know if the volume controls work when the app is running in the background with playback on.
