[Android] Local files won't sync or play

I have a premium account and I can't sync or play local files on my LG V30+ running Android P. I factory reset my phone (this problem was part of why I reset it) and I still can't sync/play local files.

I used to be able to sync/play local files at home, but then it stopped working for some reason. I relocated for work somewhere and they still didn't sync/play. I went back home and for some reason it works now.

I think it has something to do with the wifi strength, but even then the wifi at my temporary home wasn't significantly worse than what I had at home.

Hey @hidininthebush - glad to hear that you're now able to listen to your local files from home!

Bear in mind that the ability to listen to local files on a mobile device is also dependent on your network.

So, if you find that it's possible to listen to your local files on one network but not on another, then it's most likely something to do with the network connection itself.
