My Question or Issue

I stopped using Spotify for months due to it not working in the background when Google Maps or Google Chrome are open. Also, my Bluetooth handsfree back/previous button didn't work.

I decided to get Spotify again after using Apple music for 3 months, and I thought the issues were fixed because that's what Official Spotify facts state.

The back/previous button is still not working. This issue is only with Spotify; other apps work perfect. I cleared cache, uninstall/installed app, disconnected/connected Bluetooth in the war. I also turned the car off and on.

I'm really disappointed at the fact that the back/previous button is not working because it is highly used by most people. I have to physically press the back button on the phone, which defeats the purpose of handsfree.

This is not working on Android. Have not tested IOS
