My Question:

I am a dance teacher and was wanting to take phone with downloaded music to classes and not my laptop.

I created 5 dance playlists entirely out of local files.

3 of these have downloaded but 2 remain on 'waiting to download' constantly.

I have followed many instructions so far like login out of everything, checking the offline and cellular setting, the same network, restarting etc

None of the existing queries have worked so far,
