Hi all,

I've got the problem that a part of my music of my playlists isn't available on my smartphone(galaxy nexus) but it is available on my pc(win 8)!!

That's really strange. I took a day ago the premium trial, but if i can't play the music of my playlist the 10€ premium fee is useless.

I tried to download all playlists. That works but the tracks that aren't available are still not available. 🙂

I am also connected to the same wlan and I haven't stored any music locally. All via stream.

Any advice for me?

That is very strange, I know it is a pain but would you be able to follow the reinstallation steps and fill in the template in the android troubleshooting guide?

I've got the same issue in the html5 web player. https://play.spotify.com

I think a reinstallation of the app doesn't solve the problem.

The tracks are in the web version also not available in gray. This means I cannot play them in the web version but it works in the pc client.
