Too quiet - Loud, Normal, Quiet all the same

Starting yesterday, Spotify playback became so quiet I could barely hear it, even when ambient noise is negligible. I listen through Otium Bluetook Power Pods, and these have no volume settings of their own. ALL other applications (phone, other media) sound fine. There is NO difference in the sound adjusting the level from Quiet to Normal to Loud.

In response to other threads, I have:

- Updated Spotify

- Uninstalled then reinstalled Spotify

- Unchecked "Normalize volume"

- Shut down then restarted the app after unchecking "Normalize Volume"

- Rechecked "Normalize Volume"

None of these steps did anything at all.
