Extremely slow running

App takes anywhere upto 5 minutes to open up past the initial opening screen (the Spotify emblem) then another few minutes of blank screen before bringing up the main screen. Once that's happened it will take a few tries to play music as pressing the selected song doesn't play straight away, I again have to wait a few minutes for it to play. Skipping and even pausing the songs sometimes takes a minute or so, using Samsung note8 on wireless fast private broadband. This is becoming a huge pain and am considering cancelling membership. Please fix.

Just to confirm, have you tried a clean reinstall of the Spotify app? This tends to solve issues like the one you're having.
