Can't queue songs offline

I am unable to queue downloaded songs to my playlist when I am offline or don't have cell service. When trying to queue, I am met with the message "please go online to view this menu" referring to the menu to add the song to another playlist, queue the song, etc.

The Play Queue feature is currently available within the Spotify Premium subscription. This means you can queue up songs even when your device is offline.

In case you're not able to, we suggest trying the clean reinstall. We recommend this step as it'll remove the old drivers first and then install the new ones. It'll also get you the latest version of Spotify. These changes tend to solve issues like the one you're experiencing.
