My Question or Issue

Spotify crashes when trying to login. I have logged into a free account after I reset cache and cleared storage data and it works fine, but as soon as I link to my Facebook account it crashes immediately. I am up to date on all my software and it is also doing it on all my other android devices.

Windows 10 PC works no issues.

Thanks for letting us know about this!

This could be happening due to corrupted cache files.

Can you run a clean reinstall with the instructions in this article? After that, what could be helpful is to also reinstall the Facebook app.

Then you try to connect your Facebook account to your Spotify account again.

If the issue persists, can you confirm if Spotify crashes whether you connect the old or the new account to Facebook?

It'd be useful if you can give us also your Spotify version.
