Podcast language in browsing mode

My Question or Issue

Hello,

I'm living in France but am only interested in podcasts in English.

I set my interface language in English.

The problem is, when I want to browse podcasts by categories, I only get podcasts in French.

Is it because I'm connected to a French phone service or did I miss something when configuring my account?

This is very annoying because I can't really just browse and have to search online for podcasts and then find them on Spotify, which kind of beats the point...
