thanks for your suggestion. With over 40 GB free internal memory and
over 55 GB on the SD card, I am afraid freeing extra memory is not part
of the solution. Also, I tried several times during the past weeks, so
it is a pretty persistent thing. Any other ideas? I do miss my spotify
in these corona times ;-(

Plan

Premium

Country

Netherlands

Device

Samsung Galaxy 9

Operating System

Android 10

My Question or Issue

Spotify app worked well, until one day I could not go online anymore. The app shut itself down when I tried. I installed the app again, updated OS etc, but nothing helped. Since then, I cannot open the app at all anymore. Many collegues can still use Spotify, but one has the same problem since approx the same time - about a month ago. Anybody having a fix or having the same experience?

Hi there!

I'm sorry you're having issues with the app. I know that sometimes phones particularly androids with a lot of used storage will force apps to not open. So maybe check out your used storage in your phone settings. This may be the case or it could have been that Spotify was trying to push out an update in the app itself.

I am not an expert.

If you have any further questions or concerns just comment back!
