Song skipping like scratched CD

As the title says. I'm only noticing it with one particular to track-- "A Bite Out of My Bed" by the new pornographers. I've gapless playback and crossfade turned off, I tried deleting the song and redownloading, going to the album to listen there. Nothing has helped. None of the other songs on this album have this problem. This happens on both my cell phone and desktop. Is there a way to report issues with a track to Spotify?

I've just given that song a quick listen on the mobile app, Windows desktop app, and the web player, and I can confirm that I hear the same "scratched CD" sound, especially around the one-minute mark.
