I have an extensive set of playlists based on mood and function, I have organized the specifically on my Desktop app. But every time I use Spotify on my phone, the list is COMPLETELY OUT OF ORDER! I'm using caps because this is INSANE?! What the **bleep** is the point of spending all this time on organization, when I log into my phone and everything is a mess; it seems the recently played lists are on top and then somehow the order changes in stranger ways, and only then chunks of my organization is visible. If you insist on promoting user behavior, then why not push those recently played lists on top but in a different section and not mess with the order of user's list. This is so incredibly frustrating.

How many votes does this note need to have for this to go in affect? I mean what self-respecting user test group would not call this out? I've been a paying customer for a bit, this is getting so FLIPPING horrible to use that I'm considering cancelling my account.

What happened to good UX/UI? And what is the point of this message board, where users spend time carefully detailing 'suggestions' that are actually missing features that should have been baked in or forced behaviors that none of the users want? If I pay you guys $100 bucks would that get your attention?

Plan

Premium

Country

USA

Device

GS7
Operating System

Android
