My Question or Issue

Hello,

i have an issue with my podcast. After last update, I am not able to play my podcast. There is always error: "Something went wrong" on podcast home page or "An error has occured" when i am trying to listen to specific podcast.

Whats interesting is, after reinstaling app, on the first attempt everything works good, but then after closing spotify and opening it again it does not work anymore and errors keep occuring.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

Would you mind checking if there's any available software updates for your Huawei? It's good to check and double-check since the latest version of Spotify should be running smoothly if your device's operating system is also up-to-date.

If you perform any updates, it'd also be good to make sure you’re allowing the app to run in the background and disabled any task-killer, cache-cleaning or battery-saver apps as well as to restart your device before logging in again.

thanks for answering me.

Unfortunately, i have tried everthing you metioned, but nothing has changed.

What seems strange to me is that music (songs) could be played without any problems. It's just podcast that doesn't work.
