topic Audio Fluctuations over Bluetooth in Android

Plan

Free

Country

USA

Device

Samsung Galaxy S10+

Operating System

Android 10

As the title explains, every time I connect to my Bluetooth soundbar, my volume turns down for a couple seconds, then back up. I don't notice it when playing it out of my phone's speakers, or when I use wired earbuds. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, hard rebooting my phone, changing the "normalize volume" option, turning all my EQ's off, (I use the system's "rock" setting with Dolby Atmos turned off), and force stopping/clearing the apps data + cache. I feel like I've exhausted my options here. It's quite annoying to listen to music with the audio fluctuating like crazy. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
