I recently changed from iPhone to android and I have grand new bluetooth headphones that works perfectly fine. I went for a run and a mile into it music on my headphones stopped but on my phone it showed it was still playing. when I opened up Spotify it was showing iPhone diagnostics. all I had on me were my phone and headphones. no iPhone or iPhone products. I would skip to the next song it would play the first 10 sec and then cut out again and would continue showing iPhone diagnostics. I mainly use Spotify when I'm running so this totally sucks. anyone have any solutions?

Plan

Premium

Country

US

Device- android

(iPhone 8, Samsung Galaxy 9, Macbook Pro late 2016)

Operating System

(iOS 10, Android Oreo, Windows 10,etc.)

My Question or Issue
