My Question or Issue

Whenever I try to follow certain artists, e.g. Beyonce, Amy Winehouse, and others, the artist will show as being Followed and I'll see them in my Artists page until I close and reopen the app and then they are no longer being followed by me. This is only happens for certain artists.

Most common issues can be fixed with a quick reinstall of the app. In some situations however, a clean (more thorough) reinstall of the app might be needed. This way you can start afresh with Spotify on your mobile.
