Spotify Drop outs Streaming via Wireless speakers, Android and Windows 10

My Question or Issue:

Streaming Spotify, Wired and Wireless, from either the Android Phone or Windows Laptop (or both) music pauses, drops out and then continues.

Random times of the day although evenings seem worse.

Wifi fine : 0% interference, Signal Strength -52dBm Link Speed 200Mbps

One speaker wired into Wifi router, and has the same issue.

Another interesting oddity

Playing music via Spotify, from my Android phone, the music is "Downloaded"

I rebooted both the Laptop and Android phone and the music keeps playing (to Wireless speakers)

Very spooky, so even if the music is "downloaded" to you always play come sort of cached stream from Spotify's servers ?

That seems inefficient, I would rather stream locally unless I misunderstand ?
