Mi pregunta o problema

Desde que contraté el servicio premium que me permite descargar las canciones a mi teléfono,he presentado un problema que hace que sea demasiado incómodo para utilizar la aplicación. Las portadas de las canciones no se muestran completamente, sólo se ve una pequeña parte de la imagen y el resto se ve en **bleep**,a veces si se muestra nado completamente, pero en su mayoría no. Ya borré los datosde la aplicación, lo reinstalé, instaléversiones anteriores a la actual, e incluso restablecí mi teléfono y los mismos problemas todavía se están presentando.
