Local Files on Android make the app slow down

My Question or Issue

I have 2 local files folders saved on my phone, one of them has 18 tracks and I have no problem whahtsoever, but on the other folder, with 7 tracks, the cover art appear and dissapear randomly, and make the app laggy and barely usable when i open it, its really anoying, somebody with a similar problem?

I have this same issue and SpotifyCares doesn't help on Twitter just keep asking where I got the music... Basic MP3 files shouldn't cause my phone to lag and clearing cache and reinstalling doesn't help.

EDIT: Phone is a OnePlus 7t on Android 10 and I am Premium.
