My Question or Issue

I have forgotten multiple devices (Alexas) and I have signed out everywhere multiple times on my Spotify account. Every time I want to chose my Alexas to play music on, my ex's show up *Eyeroll* Over the last few months I have repeated this process, but I am just fed up at this point..

TL;DR

Sign-out Everywhere? Yes (Multiple Times)

Reset PW? Yes

Uninstalled Alexa App? Yes

Pressed "Forget Device"? Yes Every 3 days or

Devices in proximity? No, diff. sate

Please help 🙂

Thanks for reaching out to us and welcome to the Community! Sorry for the late reply.

You could go to the apps Settings and under Devices you can activate ''Show local devices only'' which should get rid of any old devices you see in the Connect window.

If you notice any other odd activity on the account we'd recommend following the second set of steps here to secure your account further.
