Why did spotify remove 'Appears On' feature?

My Question or Issue

Since few months ago, 'appears on' feature was removed. I contacted spotify customer service on twitter. I was told the problem was on my device or account. But it wasn't only me who pointed it out. The customer service made me multiple times re-install the app & delete the data from my phone. And the conclusion I got was "our team is working on it" It's been months already. I got reply from spotify on google play. And again same type reply.

Why did spotify remove important feature like 'Appears On'? Why do spotify team think the feature still there when they don't use spotify themselves? If the team is really working on it, how many months or years does it take to bring the once existed feature?

And please don't tell me about scroll down till it comes out! 🙏 It is not there.

If you're not able to see the Appears On feature you might be experiencing an issue we're currently investigating. In such a case we'd suggest you go to this Ongoing Issue and add your vote by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well.
