App crashes spontaneously

My Question or Issue

I listen to music on my buds and when i'm browsing apps like facebook or instagram the screen freezes and the spotify app crashes and i have to reopen the spotify app to play the music again.

what could be the issues?

Hi,

It’s really hard to just answer what the problem might be. But spontaneously it sounds like your phone quits the app by some unknown reason. Do you have any memory manager, or any clean up app which states to boost your phones performance installed?

Please also try to do a clean reinstall of Spotify on your phone, by following these steps. 🙂
