Low Quality Cover Art In Lock Screen

My Question or Issue

Cover arts in my phone appear on lock screen as fullscreen. Lately these album covers started to show in low quality and I have not changed a setting in phone or app. Covers remain HD in app, downloaded in highest quality.

Do you mind seeing if a clean reinstall of the app helps fix this issue? Make sure to follow the relevant steps for your device listed in this Spotify Answer.

I also noticed that you've got Musixmatch running on your phone - it's possible that the app is interfering with the cover art on your lock screen. Do you mind seeing if uninstalling Musixmatch has any effect?

Tried both but didn't work. Turns out my brother's LG G4 has same issue too. Guess I have to contact LG.

Musixmatch can't cause a problem like I've been using it on my old LG G4 and Asus Zenfone 6(First Gen) since 2014 or 2015.
