Can't sync local files to android

My Question or Issue

My local files won't sync, I can play them in my PC but the won't play on my phone if I try to stream them or download them on a playlist. This is the main reason why I started paying premium and now it is not working! I have already tried everything on these posts:

First of all you cannot stream local files on your phone as far as I know, doesn't work for me either, you HAVE to download them first.

Do your files get transferred correctly to your phone and show up on your playlists? And then you click on them and they do what? They don't play at all? We really need more info on what you mean your files can't play on your phone.
