On the mobile the song titles appear as grey. How could I fix this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Just to double-check, when you synced up the songs were both of your devices connected to the same network?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Can you try restarting your router to see if that makes a difference for you?&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;We'd also recommend giving this a try on a different network, for example you can start a hotspot of your phone and use that.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>Hi and thanks for the reply&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Just to double-check, when you synced up the songs were both of your devices connected to the same network?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Yes.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Can you try restarting your router to see if that makes a difference for you?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Tried twice with no change.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- Background: the Polk Omni was working fine with Spotify until recently the Omni is connected to the same network and is accessible through the play-fi app where I can play music from my device&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;- The Omni does not show up in Spotify connect from any of my devices- iPhone 11, new SE, iPad or Mac Pro.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;We'd also recommend giving this a try on a different network, for example you can start a hotspot of your phone and use that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;You can also take a look at this page for more info and steps you can try.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Let us know how you get on!
