Cannot Use Spotify App on Android

I'm unable to login to Spotify app on Android phone. I can log in online and use the web player. I'm able to use web player on the phone too, but the app isn't working. It keeps asking to reset my password, but the link is invalid. And again, the login information works on the desktop. Any tips?

Please Try Reinstalling The App Mate.. Uninstall It And Then From App Store Reinstall.. Also Clean Cache Files From Your Handset.. Please Check This For Better Help: https://support.spotify.com/us/account_payment_help/account_help/cannot-log-in-to-spotify/

Thank you. I'll add some of the things I tried.

Uninstalling / reinstalling app

Password reset through private browser window

Email is already linked to the account correctly

This issue started once I switched to a new phone (same model as old phone)
