My Question or Issue

I have trouble's playing music 😞 , I ve done all the steps you recommend (reinstall , loggout, ...)

The issue: I can search for music i have not downloaded but I can't play not downloaded music , I also can't open the settings , my internet is working fine , I'm not in offline mode , I can play stuff I downloaded. 😞

It is also not working on my PC so my phone is not the problem.

Every 2-3 hours its working for a few minutes but the issue returns immediately 😞 😞

Just to double-check, have you tried running a clean reinstall on both the PC and mobile phone? We recommend this step as it makes sure you'll avoid any cache-related issues on the affected device compared to a regular reinstall. Hi, i die a clean reinstall and tried using Spotify in a different network, still the same problems. Can't open the Spotify settings, I can search for music but can't play not downloaded songs 😞 😞 😞

Still not working, i will quit Spotify now 😞
