My Question or Issue

Whenever I switch my phone to offline mode, all of my downloaded albums get jumbled up and I can't find a way to get them ordered by alphabetically by the artist. When I go back online everything is back to normal. Am I doing something wrong? I try to filter by artist and it just doesn't work.
