My Question or Issue

When I tried yo open the option panel(three point next yo a song)to share on instagram or add that song to a playlist the app close repently and says that an error happend

I have the same problem! And it is very annoying I have downloaded older versions of the app, 2017 and older and they all do the same thing. I used to be able to download the older versions and it fixed the problem on other phones I had. But no it still is there. Planning on switching to another app entirely if I don't get an fix.

In case you observe a sudden crash of the Spotify app when trying to use the three-dot menu next to a song you might be experiencing an issue that we're currently investigating. Check out this Ongoing Issue and add your vote to it by clicking on the +VOTE button. Make sure you follow the steps provided under Status Update as well.

It'll also be useful to Subscribe via the three-dots menu in the top right corner next to the title. That'll make sure you stay up to date with any relevant updates about this.
