Losing streams and plays not increasing

Hello,

So I am an artist and I released an album on July 7th. It was doing well and yesterday(July 13th) the album was at 8.4k streams and I checked today(July 14th) the album had 7.6k streams and the plays weren't increasing throughout the day. At one point I had 8 listeners but the plays still didn't go up can somebody tell me If it an issue with the app or is it something else
