Problems with searching album

My Question or Issue

Searching or loading albums takes an extremely long time. For example, after I have selected an artist and then want to view all of his albums.

A black screen appears. It disappears only after a few minutes.

The problem is currently occurring on our Android devices (Huawei Mobile, Samsung Tablet). Everything works smoothly on the iPhone SE.

The app has been reinstalled several times, cache cleared, all unsuccessful.

everything in the spotify app is slow.
Very very very slow.
Totally unacceptable for a premium account user.
