My Question or Issue

Aight here is my question, i got on my PC Spotify app and i store all my music under Liked Music. For some reason i cannot get the liked songs to appear on my phone. I already tried logging in and out everywhere, being in offline mode for 10+ minutes - nothing changes. I was wondering the following, can i add downloaded Liked song from Desktop Spotify onto my phone's Spotify ? So to be clear it is not about my local music, im talking music aka files i got when i pressed Download button from my desktop Spotify app to be transfered over to my phone, manually if it have to be. I dont want to go and re-like or re-add manually every single song out of 1134 of them how much i have in total on my desktop app, and i need the music in my phone as im travelling often and my flights take about several hours. So i want to have my liked music from desktop app on my phone app. Thank You in advance.
