My Question or Issue

I am trying to download some episodes of the podcast "Optimum Synergy Podcast" but keep getting a "!" symbol for the download. This seems to be the only podcast I've tested with which has this issue. I have done full reinstall, reboots, etc. No battery optimization software, etc. installed. This is a brand new phone so no storage issue either, especially since other podcasts and music download without issue.

Could you make sure that you perform a clean reinstall by following the steps listed in this Spotify Answer? This way you can make sure that all necessary files get built anew from the ground up.

If the issue persists, could you try downloading the podcast on another device, if you have that option? If you could also let a friend try it out with his account on your phone, that would help us a lot in finding the root cause of the issue.

You can also post the URI of a couple of episodes that you're having trouble downloading.
