Spotify doesn't start on Samsung S9

After the factory reset of the phone Spotify doesn't start.
I have try all the suggestion
- disable the batery optymalization
- allowing storage
- allowing the data usage
- clearing cash and reinstallation

My Question or Issue

Thanks for reaching out to us.

Just to double check, when you reinstalled the app did you follow all the steps here?

We'd also recommend restarting your phone and taking out your SD card if you're using one to see if that makes a difference for you.

If that doesn't do the trick, we'd need a bit more info on what's happening exactly - does the app open and crash immediately or do you have trouble opening the app at all?

I have done the reset and the instruction.

The problem is the same.

The application starts but after 2 sek stops working (there is a moment with the Spotify icon). Nothing else.

Thanks for getting back to us @gural!

If you have any task-stopping or anti-virus apps on your phone we'd recommend checking them and putting Spotify as an exception.

Does it make a difference if you're trying to start the app when you have Wi-fi or 3/4G on? We'd also suggest checking if the app starts when you turn on Airplane mode on.

We'll need to know your Spotify version to be able to investigate further.
