Songs do not sync to phone

Hi,

Most of the time when liking and adding songs to playlists on windows app it does not sync it to all my phones, It recognizes that I liked the missing songs but does not appear in the playlists.

I am forced to re-add the songs on my phone time and time again!

Please fix this issue! or at least provide some solution. Its been like this for months none of the advice that I searched worked. I am constantly having to delete and add the songs manually for them to appear in the playlist.
