App keeps crashing

My Question or Issue

App keeps crashing, I've tried everything with no success.

Delete, reinstall, clear cache, restart phone, reset phone settings etc.

I click on app the icon goes large then crashes

Help!!!

The troubleshooting steps you've tried so far are very good. We'd like to add some more.

If you've any battery optimization or power saving apps, we'd suggest you deactivate them for Spotify. It's also a good idea to set Spotify as an exception from the app's settings, if you have any cache-clearing apps.

If this doesn't do the trick, we'd suggest you head here and change the storage settings.

There's a new version in the Play Store as of this morning that fixed my exact same issue. I used to also find it only crashed when I was connected to my home network - using mobile data was fine which is very strange.

Have you tried installing the newest version of the app, like @LBDuck suggested?
