Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version.

Hi,

I already did that earlier but still the same. I asked my friend if she could search in her spotify but she had the same error. I didn't use it for a few hrs and upon checking now it's working. Thank you.. 😊

Spotify was aware of some issues earlier, but everything should be back up and running now - which may explain why you were having these issues.
