My Question or Issue

I just install Spotify in my device, so the problem is that when I try to search for an artist an alert appears saying that I'm not connected to internet, I can listen to all my playlist but this only happen when I search for an artist

Could you try restarting your device? If that doesn't help, try a clean reinstall of the app following these steps.

If you're still having trouble, let me know what device this happens on, as well as the current software version. Also, attach a screenshot of what you’re seeing and I will take a closer look for you.
