Spotify doesn't yet support AVRCP which is needed to make tag information available over bluetooth. There's a request for this here. Please add your support.

I am using the AT&T Samsung Galaxy S2 Skyrocket with Android version 4.1.2 (official ROM) and Spotify version 0.6.0.20. I have my phone connected with Bluetooth Audio to my Toyota Sequoia and Tesla Model S (both of which support Bluetooth Audio). My phone connects fine and I can stream the Spotify app on my phone through the stereo in my cars, but both cars display the wrong track. They display the same track, which doesn't exist on my phone and never has. When I change songs, the track on the car displays doesn't change. I am able to use the car's audio controls (previous, next, play/pause) fine with the app, but the track display is completely wrong. Is this a problem with the Spotify app or do two cars from two different manufactueres happen to have the same very specific problem?
