My Question or Issue

I have seen this question posted before, but the resolution is not clear. My app will no longer download music. I believe this started after I did a factory reset on the phone. The solution seems to be that I may have too many devices activated. But... I am not able to find where my devices are listed and how to remove one.

Could you head over to your account page and select SIGN OUT EVERYWHERE?

You will need to log back in to the app.

Let me know if that makes a difference.
